Crotona Belmont is a new nine-story, 90-unit apartment complex. Owned by Gogia Builders and operated by the Manhattan-based Living New York real estate brokerage, the building will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 312-780 square feet. Of the 90 apartments, 27 of them will be affordable units.
